The County Attorney’s Office provides high caliber, rapid legal response for the citizens of Fremont County. The primary duty of the Office is to prosecute misdemeanor and felony crimes; this primary area of responsibility also includes dealing with adult and juvenile drug court, mental health detentions, juvenile matters and shepherding of victims and witnesses. Of equal importance is providing timely civil law support to County agency and department heads regarding legal advice and document review.
